Keynote - Lane Carr

Lane Carr serves as Administrator for the Office of Policy and Strategic Initiatives at the Nebraska Department of Education. In this role, Lane connects with myriad policy partners and stakeholders to advance a policy agenda that centers on equitable outcomes for students, with particular attention to historically marginalized student groups. Lane’s experience as a science teacher deeply influences his day-to-day as he considers how policy decisions at the state level impact educators and students in classrooms.
