Staff Campaigns: Developing a Culture of Giving
Live the mission, give the mission, own the mission. This workshop will guide attendees through the growth of a district staff culture that owns the success of their school foundation. From less than 10 percent giving to a consistent rate of 90%, learn how one foundation harnessed the giving nature of school personnel. Attendees will receive sample calendars, campaign structure, solicitation materials and payroll deduction/pledge cards.
