Lisa Parish
Lisa Reese Parish joined the Kearney Public Schools Foundation in January of 2016 as Executive Director. She previously served as the Executive Director of United Way of the Kearney Area, and as the Fund Development Director for multiple Girl Scout Councils (located near Air Force Bases) in Iowa, Ohio, and Nebraska. Lisa has worked with volunteers in non-profit organizations for over 28 years. As a Kearney High Alumni (class of '85), and a Kearney native, she is excited to see the level of commitment and investment in Kearney Public Schools. "From CLASS Act to scholarships, the KPS Foundation is growing right along with the school district." Lisa shared "I'm proud of the education I received through Kearney Public Schools and can't wait to tell others about ways we can help ensure "Kearney Kids" get a world class education. Outside of work, Lisa is a Rotarian, a Band Parent, a PEO member, a member of First Lutheran Church, Wife to Retired USAF Major Donald Parish, and Mom to UNL student Evan Parish and KHS Junior Aidan Parish.
