Lance Swanson
I am just starting my first year as the Cardinal Education Foundation Director. I am also the Communications Director for the School District. I spent the first 17 years with the South Sioux City Community School district as the Technology Director. I have my undergraduate degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Dakota.
